We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. (Signature Confirmation, Priority, Express Mail, etc)
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
NOTE: If you purchase an item through PayPal, we ONLY ship to the address on file.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Please carefully review and make sure you are ordering the correct size, style, color, etc. Please check your address and make sure it is current and correct.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within the first 2 weeks after delivery. Please let’s know that you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Item must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10 business days of return.
If you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping to and from our warehouse to complete the exchange, including secondary custom and duty fees associated with the second package (in case of exchange for international shipping) If you are completing a return, the funds are released in the value that you paid in USD. This means that if the exchange rate has shifted, as it typically does day to day, you may receive more or less money back than what you originally paid. SmileGiver Batik does not compensate for any difference in currency exchange and only guarantees the full value of the item as it was tendered in USD.
NOTE: It is important to understand that No two batiks will ever look the same because of the nature of the processing method. In case of exchange you may consider choosing a different design.
